I like the way the Teacher Blogs found on the Wiki told what grade the teachers taught. This helped me sift through which blogs might be most beneficial for me.
This year I have one of the ESOL classes in my grade, and I have one NES student and two LEP students. I found some great ideas on the wiki about letting these students collaborate with other students that speak their same language and experiencing similar situations. ESL is all new to me other than what I learned in undergrad and preparing for the certification test. I want to provide the best possible environment so I've been gathering all the possible resources I can to help my students in class. This is a great place to find resources and ideas. I enjoy reading questions other people ask because there are so many different responses. It's great to see all the different viewpoints on one subject.
